Hi! I’m Kristen, wife to Jared, and mother to two little girls.

I NEVER thought I’d have a blog, let alone a VIDEO blog! I guess marrying an award winning Video Producer changed things for me. Oh- and never say never!

Simply Kristen is our journey to living natural, healthy, rural, and happy. I’m interested in learning the art of whole foods, animal husbandry, farming, making your own cheese, bread, yogurt and MUCH more. I’m not crafty at all, so if I can do it……I know you can.

Jared (the video guy) plans to chronicle our learning process with interviews from experts, my attempts, options for you city folk , and home projects with your children.
